We LOVE Baldwin and we LOVE LOVE Windmill Days! Putting together this festival is no easy task and we plan 11 months out of the year - we take one month to recover from the festivities!
Windmill Days would not be possible without our Windmill Days Partners, our team and most of all YOU! You coming to participate in our festivies - guarantees us another year and hopefully each year we get better and better!
There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us.
We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line - give us your ideas and of course we are always in need of volunteers!

I have been with Windmill Days since the beginning and currently serve as the treasurer of Windmill Days. I also support our marketing/sponsorship and activities committees as needed. I have so many great memories of past "Let's Go Dutch Days"" and I am loving what our small committee is bringing to Windmill Days.

To me community is an experience that for most has an increased positive mental health, economic development, tourism, educational opportunities, stronger relationships, collaborating on a common goal, and working together to express our community pride! A sense of belonging, trust, safety, and caring are just a few words to describe this community. Community isn’t just Baldwin or Baldwin-Woodville but an inclusion to all those that visit and sometimes stay. I serve on the Windmill Days Committee to continue the tradition of prior volunteers that did the same for me as a child, it’s seeing the families spending time together, the businesses becoming stronger with increased customers, the desire to share Baldwin with other communities, but most of all it’s the smiles on people’s faces! When we cheer for and support each other, we are all stronger together!

Hello! As a transplant from a small town in South Dakota, I have found Baldwin to be a similar type of community as I grew up in - where residents were more like family; where neighbors get to know each other, and encourage each others growth as individuals, teams, groups or in businesses; where we celebrate victories, mourn losses, and come together to share milestones. My husband Ron and I built our home here and have raised two wonderful daughters in Baldwin.
I joined Windmill Days in 2021 to assist with building a community celebration that brings people together to relax, laugh, and enjoy life a little. I currently serve as Windmill Days VP, assist with Sponsorship and Activities, and serve as our Volunteer Coordinator for the various events, activities, as well as the clean up crew to ensure the parks and streets are kept clean during the event. I also love to coordinate the wine and charcuterie event held on Thursday evening! I hope to see you all at Windmill Days!!

I joined this awesome group of volunteers who have a strong desire to bring fun and entertain Baldwin. I am currently on the King's Day Pub Crawl Committee and the Chair of the Entertainment Committee - which brings you all of the live music to entertain you during our celebration. I am proud to be showing my two boys how important it is to be involved with helping and supporting the town we live in.
Living out my younger days in Iowa and graduating high school in Bloomington Minnesota, I came to Baldwin over 25 years ago and have called it my home. It is where I have been proud to live with my wife Angie and raise our 3 girls.

Some may know me from my days as "Jimmy" at North Meets South but as for Windmill Days I am "Ollie the Operations Guy." My role is to ensure that we have tents, stages, parade markers, and so much more! Windmill Days provides activities for everyone in the community and I am proud to be a part of this small group that makes this all happen every year. I look forward to seeing you all at Windmill Days!
Tiffany (aka T Sweet) joined our team in 2022. She co-owns The Schweet Stop on Main St. and was looking for a way to get more involved. Her favorite part of this event is seeing people of all ages and backgrounds come together to celebrate our community and its heritage. Her primary role is oversight of activities, but you'll see her running around to pitch in wherever needed.
Growing up in Baldwin, many of my favorite memories revolve around Baldwin's town celebration. Joining the Windmill Days Committee in 2022 was an easy decision. I truly enjoy working with a phenomenal group of volunteers to make Windmill Days a place where people can come together and have fun and make lasting memories.

My main role with Windmill Days is working with our Merchant Vendors. We look forward to having an array of options for our community to check out on Saturday morning into the afternoon in Bailey Park.

I look forward to more years of fun!
Born and raised Baldwin girl here! Grandpa G always said "if you ain't Dutch, you ain't much"! While we know that's not necessarily true..Gramps sure enjoyed when I would say that to my other Gramps who was 100% Norwegian!
I love the community I grew up in and remember past celebrations that would fill our streets with people and events

I love the community I grew up in and remember past celebrations that would fill our streets with people and events. Being able to represent my town as Miss Baldwin gave me so much and now being able to again serve my community with Windmill Days is a real honor.
I am beyond excited to help create a celebration that will bring our community together and celebrate all that is wonderful and makes up our amazing community. During my time I have met so many of you and so many business owners and it only keeps reminding me of how truly wonderful Baldwin is. I look forward to seeing each and every one of you at Windmill Days! Proost!
