Windmill Days is accountable to and reports regularly to the Village Board. The Village Board is incredibly supportive and always has Baldwin's best interests at heart.
Through the Village Board, Windmill Days works with the Clerks Office and Public Works Office. The Clerks office assists with all licensing and regulation compliance. Pu

Windmill Days is in good hands with the partnership of the Baldwin Police Department. Not only do they ensure the safety of our attendees during our celebration but they also assist with street closure and traffic flow during our parade.
