Radiant Windmill Days Sponsors: Village of Baldwin & Fireworks City

Hello!
We are udderly delighted to invite you and/or your group to join the 2026 Windmill Days Parade as we Celebrate June Dairy Days Until the Cows Come Home! We hope you’ll bring your best bovine spirit, creative flair, and parade-day excitement as we prepare for a celebration that’s sure to be the cream of the crop!
The Windmill Days Parade always takes place on the second full weekend after Memorial Day, which means this year’s big moo-ment will be on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 12:00 noon. We’ll be handing out awards for Best Visiting Royalty, Best Theme Incorporation, and Crowd Favorite - presented in the main tent at Creamery Park shortly after the parade (approximately 3:30 p.m.). Don’t miss it… it’s where the cream rises to the top!
To register, scroll on down to our new convenient online registration or trot on over to our 2026 Entry Forms. Because our parade continues to grow faster than a calf in spring, we ask that all entries be emailed or mailed by May 15, 2026. Entries received after May 15th will be placed only if space is available - no guarantees, even if you ask very moo-sweetly.
Have special lineup requests? Send them in with your registration and we’ll do our best to steer things in your favor. And if your float will feature music, please let us know so we can spread out the tunes along the route (no one likes a herd of competing speakers).
All parade participants will receive a confirmation letter with lineup details and important instructions 7–10 days before the parade. After that point, lineup changes are possible, but not always cow-venient, and we cannot guarantee adjustments.
All parade rules must be followed, and it is essential that every member of your group receives and understands them. Our parade staff works hard to keep the event safe, fun, and family-friendly. Individuals or groups unwilling to follow the rules may be asked to leave the parade lineup and may be denied participation in future years.
You will find the guidelines and rules below as you continue scrolling through to the registration link.
Let’s keep everything running smoother than fresh-churned butter!
We can’t wait to see you this year, and we hope you’ll stay after the parade to continue the festivities and help us Celebrate June Dairy Days Until the Cows Come Home at Windmill Days. Thank you in advance for being part of what makes this event so special.
